HR and People Operations Lead
Build the people function at trioncam from the ground up. You will own hiring coordination end to end, from posting roles and screening applicants to scheduling interviews and managing offers. Beyond hiring, you will set up onboarding, manage internal culture initiatives, and be the first point of contact for every team member's questions about their role, growth, and wellbeing.
